Asbestos Litigation

Ray Quinney & Nebeker is actively defending several clients, including manufacturers of traditional asbestos-containing products such as pipe and block insulation, as well as manufacturers of so-called peripheral products, such as brake pads and linings. Ray Quinney & Nebeker has experience representing asbestos defendants in state and federal court, including cases pending in the Multi-District Litigation, and the Firm's attorneys have been actively involved in an effort by the state district court to establish global case management orders to manage the large volume of cases moving through the courts.
