RQ&N Closes Sale of Lake City Companies

RQ&N’s Corporate Section served as lead counsel to Lake City Companies in its $73 million sale to Rush Enterprises, Inc. (NASDAQ: RUSH A). Lake City Companies operates a commercial truck, bus and agricultural equipment sales, service, parts, financing and leasing business from 11 dealership locations in Utah, Idaho and Oregon, representing multiple manufacturers (including International, IC Bus, Autocar, Mitsibushi Fuso, Kalmar, Workhorse and Idealease). RQ&N’s corporate transaction team included Mark A. Cotter, D. Jay Curtis, Kelly J. Applegate, Chris N. Nelson, Blake R. Bauman, J.
