Mark B. Durrant

Mr. Durrant is a Shareholder in the Real Estate Section. His practice concentrates on transactions involving real property. His experience encompasses a wide range of matters, including the acquisition, development, financing, and sale of office buildings, apartment buildings, condominiums, condominium hotels, timeshares, and shopping centers; development of commercial and resort properties; development of planned communities; private residence clubs; golf courses; community structuring; real estate foreclosures; commercial office, retail and industrial leasing; and zoning and entitlement matters.
Mr. Durrant has been voted by his peers throughout the state as one of Utah’s “Legal Elite” in the category of Real Estate Law (as published in Utah Business Magazine).
