John P. Wunderli
Mr. Wunderli is a Shareholder at Ray Quinney & Nebeker in the firm’s Litigation Section. He joined the firm after serving as Associate General Counsel for Altria Group, Inc. in New York, where he managed nationwide product liability, antitrust, and intellectual property litigation in state and federal courts.
Mr. Wunderli has represented major corporations in the consumer products, credit card, software, pharmaceutical, biotech and health care industries. He has also served in the United States Department of Justice in Washington, D.C. in the Antitrust Division, where he litigated cases in the health care and defense industries. In addition to his experience as a litigator, Mr. Wunderli has experience as a litigation spokesman in national TV and print media.
