Janelle Eurick Bauer

A Shareholder of Ray Quinney & Nebeker and member of the Firm’s Natural Resources, Water, Environmental and Local Government Law, and Commercial Litigation practice group, Ms. Bauer represents business clients and local governments in matters of environmental, natural resources, condemnation and water law.
She has assisted numerous clients with regulatory compliance under the Clean Air Act, Clean Water Act, and Resource Conservation and Recovery Act. Ms. Bauer also has extensive experience advising clients with regard to National Environmental Policy Act compliance and litigation. In addition, she has experience with public lands law, including permitting and regulatory issues arising under the Federal Land Policy and Management Act and National Forest Management Act.
Ms. Bauer focuses on Utah water law and assists clients in all aspects of water law including title work, administrative applications, water inventories, due diligence, administrative hearings and litigation.
Ms. Bauer also assists clients in land use permitting and zoning requests, as well as representing clients with State and Federal Constitutional takings claims. Ms. Bauer has broad experience representing clients in civil rights cases and has assisted numerous municipal and private clients with due process, equal protection and freedom of speech issues.
Ms. Bauer maintains an AV Preeminent (4.8) rating with Martindale-Hubbell, which is the highest rating awarded to attorneys for professional competence and ethics.
