James M. Swan

Mr. Swan joined Ray Quinney & Nebeker's corporate section upon graduating from the University of Utah, S.J. Quinney College of Law.  Mr. Swan’s practice involves a variety of corporate and real estate matters, including business formation, planning, joint ventures, mergers and acquisitions, securities law and SEC compliance, and the development, financing, acquisition, disposition, and leasing of various types of real property.
