Emily Smith Loeffler

Emily V. Smith is an Associate in Ray Quinney & Nebeker’s Litigation and Winter Sports Practice Groups. Ms. Smith’s practice includes complex corporate litigation and general business litigation in both state and federal court, with an emphasis on employment, unfair competition, and intellectual property disputes. Ms. Smith also has experience in securities fraud and criminal defense, as well as civil rights appellate work.

Ms. Smith served as a clerk at the U.S. Department of Justice, Environmental & Natural Resources Division in San Francisco, and practiced as an associate at a regional firm before joining Ray Quinney & Nebeker. She has been selected for inclusion in Mountain States Super Lawyers Rising Stars in the area of Business Litigation.
